THE LOST STAR FINAL ALBUM ART 1

Today, we’re premiering their debut single ‘The Lost Star’ with a music video off their upcoming album which is slated to release sometime later this year. The track starts off with a catchy riff by their axeman Rohit Gurung which is soon escorted by a pummeling drum groove by Hizol Choudhury, who also penned the song.

“The initial idea came to me when I approached our vocalist Kamaljit with the lyrics which I wrote a few months back. I wrote this song about a lady from whom I personally feel inspired. Who inspite all odds has made quite a name for herself. As the lyrics suggest she never cared for earthly riches or pleasures.. she is focused. I have known a few like her. So we sat down and Rohit came up with this really cool riff and the rest is history.” said Hizol when asked about the inspiration behind the song. As the song progresses, one can hear a wide range of influences like Guns N’ Roses, AC/DC, Girish & the Chronicles, Stone Sour, Pantera & many such influential acts across the globe.
