A quintessential thrash metal outfit, Dreadhammer, since its inception, has taken the local Kolkata metal scene by storm with their early impressive releases. Made in the mould of thrash icons like Overkill and Anthrax, their fan favourite singles like 'Violence is the Cure' and 'Destroyer (Born to Kill' has cemented their place as one of the important names in the Old School metal scene of the Eastern region of this country.

Padmarag came in as the replacement of their original bassist Suprovo Choudhury, who left the band back in December 2019. Since then, Mr Banerjee has successfully filled in the void and also been a part of some successful shows all over the region with his rather brief spell with the group. Their latest release is a single titled 'Trail of Severed Heads' which was released on December last year to critical acclaim.
