Within one week of the departure of their bassist, Kolkata thrash group **Dreadhammer** has already come up with their replacement sooner than anybody has expected. Former Xplikator bassman Saumavo Chatterjee has filled in the shoes of their recently departed bass player Padmarag Banerjee.

In a recent social media post, the band has come up with this anticipated news. In less than five years since their inception, this is the second time the thrash metal group have parted their ways with the bassist, with Suprovo Chowdhury being the first. With Saumavo on-board, the Dreadhammer machine is now back to their quartet gear and it’s only a matter of time before they come up with something fresh and new to offer in this new line-up.
