Guwahati-based Glam rock outfit SNARM has recently announced that they have signed a multi-record deal with the Danish record label Lions Pride Music. Through social media, the band let us know of this development a few days back.
It was also revealed that SNARM would be releasing its debut record titled ‘Till The End’ worldwide on July 29, 2024, via the Lions Pride Music label.
“Lions Pride Music is very excited to announce a multi-deal signing with the Indian Melodic Hard Rockers SNARM and the release of their upcoming debut album “Till The End” out worldwide on 29 July 2024″, said the official statement from the Denmark-based record label.
Also, the band has revealed that they have parted ways with their longtime vocalist Nnipan Basumatary. They were also quick to announce his replacement, as Prachurjya Goswami aka Tsooraj will fill in the boots as their new vocalist.
“We have signed a record deal with Lions Pride Music from Denmark for our debut album! We are currently working on our debut album but will hit the studio very soon”, informed the band.
SNARM was formed in 2018 with the vision of expanding the horizons of rock music in India. Taking inspiration from classic rock acts such as Bon Jovi, Dokken, Van Halen, Deep Purple, Europe, and Whitesnake, their sound manages to perfectly blend hard rock elements with the approachability of glam rock music.
To date, the band has actively released two singles, ‘Till The End’ and ‘One More Lonely Night’, with the latter being accompanied by a vibrant music video released last year. SNARM comprises Prachurjya Goswami aka Tsooraj (vocal), Shihan Bhuyan (guitars, backing vocals), Mrinal Manab (bass, backing vocals), and Arju Begum (drums, backing vocals).
