The Guwahati-based deathcore band has been active since 2011, and over the years, has performed and toured throughout India, winning several major competitions and accolades. Jammers Graveyard has also made it twice to the finals of the iconic Wacken Metal Battle India, after winning their zonal edition of the competition.

Fast-forward a few years and several single releases later, the band was gearing up to release their debut album when the Covid-19 pandemic put everything on hold, thus delaying the process. Then, on June 2021, the band faced perhaps their biggest setback as their vocalist Anuj Dorji passed away due to a severe stroke, which put a huge question mark on the band’s future.

At the advent of their album release, the band has also revealed their new logo which was designed by Sdenzil Budon. Apart from revealing their new vocalist, inside sources have informed us that they will reveal a change in their line-up before the EP gets released.

“We were looking for someone bold enough to fill in the void and fit the kind of stature Anuj maintained, energetic yet humble enough, and hopefully we have found the person, he is indeed dynamic as a vocalist. He has been associated with us for a couple of gigs in the recent past”, informed the Manager of Jammers Graveyard Upamanyu Borah.

He further added, “We are also roping in a new bassist and a drummer, both are doing an incredible job and are gaining the kind of fame within the scene. We are thus excited for the future and ready to take the big leap forward. We will soon reveal our new line-up and member identities, which our fans have been waiting for a long time.”
